Renovated in April 2023, it is located at the entrance to the municipality, with easy and comfortable access. Its location makes the area a perfect place to enjoy tranquility and unique moments.
Standard capacity for 16 people but with the possibility of adding up to 4 more beds.

The space

Villa Perles is a unique accommodation in Calpe. Completely renovated in April 2023, this huge villa located at the entrance to the municipality has easy and comfortable access. In addition, its location makes the area a perfect place to enjoy tranquility.

In addition to a paddle tennis court inside the plot, there is a large lawn area to enjoy all kinds of activities.

With a typical Andalusian structure, the villa has an interior patio that floods the different rooms with natural light.
Its eight bedrooms are divided between two floors. All of them have their own bathroom and Smart TV.

The living room leads to a fully modern and equipped kitchen that has access to the pool.

The base price is for 16 people and can increase its capacity up to 20 people.

The outdoor area is perfect for unforgettable moments of fun thanks to the pool (fenced for children) and its incredible views.
It also has a covered barbecue, paddle tennis court, and an extensive plot.

PARKING: The Villa has a large plot to park cars. There is also the possibility of free private parking spaces a 3-minute walk from Playa de la Fosa. Only available with advance booking (at least two weeks before arrival).
Guest access

The villa is rented as a complete accommodation unit so guests can enjoy all the amenities privately.
